ACS has a new phone system

We’ve changed our telephone system

As of this week (week commencing 8th September), Action for Carers has moved to a new phone system. 

This new system is more efficient, allowing us to save time and manage calls better.

When we call you

Now when any of our staff make a call, including to our unpaid carers, the number the recipient will see displayed on their phone, is our one, single number, 0303 040 1234.

You will safely know it is us calling.

When you call us

Please always use 0303 040 1234. Our central team will answer the phone and put you through to the right person straight away.

You press option 1 to speak to our Helpline and option 2 for any other queries, including being put through to a member of ACS staff.

If you previously had a direct line for any member of staff, this is now closed. Please instead call the main number, 0303 040 1234, and you will be transferred.
